Peeyush is a Mumbai-based artist who draws inspiration from Himalayan mountains and Sea with their relation to the Moon which can be evidently seen in his drawings and paintings.

Peeyush has done bachelors in Fine Art from Prestigious South Asian Art School - Sir JJ School of Art, first of his generation in to the creative world.  His Calm, composed and Zen like nature reflects in his thoughts and work, inspired by the phases of the bright moon in the dark night sky and its textures the artist employs contrast layers of acrylics and inks that reveal traces of marks and textures on the surface.

Often working with Black as the dominant color with sometimes other subdued tones of ochre and browns, Peeyush utilises his skill in surface textures to give his works a sensory effect — the harmonious tones of the environment connect his audience to the landscape he creates within. Base texture is built through various hand rollers and random tools with slow drying techniques to imprint the surface, indicative of various forms and shapes. At the same time, expressive tool marks narrate the artist’s experiences.

Peeyush’ has diverse interests into visual arts. Starting his Professional career as a Modeling lead in Animation World gradually moving to Traditional Art, he has nack to learn a bit of anything / everything related to visuals. .He has art collectors in Mumbai, Delhi, London, Dubai, Kerala and Pune to name a few.
